RETURN POLICY


My Dreamstate wants you to be completely in love with your purchase! Please email us right away if you are not satisfied with your purchase so we can do our best to make it right! We offer store credit for the items you are exchanging and refunds if an item is defective or incorrect. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. You must contact My Dreamstate within 3 days of receipt, NO EXCEPTIONS.

EXCHANGE
Items are eligible for store credit exchange if the garment is not worn, not washed, not altered, with all original tags still attached, and original packaging enclosed. Items must be free of deodorant marks, perfume, cigarette smoke, makeup stains of ANY kind to include moisturizer, skin oils, sunscreen, eyeliner, eye shadow, foundation, blush, mascara, lipstick, nail polish, etc. To be eligible for an exchange, you must email shopmydreamstate@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. Please type in the subject line: Exchange and Your Order Number. Include in the email reason for exchange. You will receive an email exchange form with instructions on processing your exchange and where to ship it. Shipping charges are at your expense and My Dreamstate is not responsible for lost shipments. All exchanges must include a completed exchange form from customer service. After examining your exchange, store credit will be issued for the items and any applicable taxes, less a 20% restocking fee. Once items are received, they will be processed within 7-10 business days. A store credit coupon code will be emailed to you once your exchange has been processed.

REFUND
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you were sent defective or incorrect merchandise in your order, you must contact My Dreamstate within 3 days of receipt of your shipment to be eligible for a refund, NO EXCEPTIONS. To be eligible for a refund, email shopmydreamstate@gmail.com. Please type in subject line: Refund and Your Order Number. Include in the email reason for refund, and pictures if you have received defective merchandise. You will receive an email with refund authorization and instructions on where to send your return. Once your refund has been approved, My Dreamstate will either replace defective merchandise or issue a full refund within 7-10 business days.

RETURN SHIPMENT
All returns, exchanges and refunds must include a completed return and exchange form from My Dreamstate customer service. We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS, or FedEx along with a tracking number.

You are responsible for the return postage unless the item was defective, or you have received a different item than ordered.
